The Mobile Community Dashboard app can only be used as part of the Philips Cares for Senior Living system, which incorporates wearable devices for both staff and residents.

App features include:
- Real-time location on community maps
- Resident alerts notifications through the Action Center
- Ability to manage and re-assign wearables devices
- Chat features that allow staff and management to quickly communicate
- Up-to-date community events and announcements through the Announcements page
- Step count activity monitoring through the Step Count Leaderboard
